1. Authenticity & Condition

  • Q: Are all F1 cards original and authentic?

  • A: Absolutely. 100% of our cards are original and authentic products from official licensed manufacturers like Topps or Grid Motorcard. We do not sell reprints or counterfeit cards.

2. Card Condition & Grading

  • Q: What condition are the cards in?

  • A: Unless stated otherwise (e.g., in the product title or description), all of our single cards are in Near Mint condition.

3. Where We Ship From & Shipping Methods

  • Q: Where do you ship from and which carriers do you use?

  • A: All orders are shipped directly from the Czech Republic. We offer fast shipping via PPL / DHL and Packeta, as well as an economical option through the national post service (Czech Post).

4. Packaging & Shipping Safety

  • Q: How do you pack and protect the cards during shipping?

  • A: Every card is individually placed in a penny sleeve and a top-loader, then securely placed between sturdy cardboard pieces (the "sandwich method"). This sandwich is then wrapped in bubble wrap and placed into either a bubble mailer or a solid cardboard box, depending on your selected shipping method.

5. Shipping & Tracking

  • Q: Do you provide tracking numbers for shipments?

  • A: Yes, all orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. You will receive your tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Q: What is your return policy?

  • A: We offer a standard 14-day return window for unopened and original-condition items.
